Retention of Your Personal Data

Vendetta Marine retains all personal information for the duration of the relevant business relationship and the length of any applicable warranty and statutory limitation period pursuant to a contract or under local laws. This retention is performed in accordance with Vendetta Marine’s information management policies and schedules, as well as the period required by tax and other applicable laws and regulations; and as long as it is necessary for you to be able to bring a claim against us and for Vendetta Marine to be able to defend ourselves against any legal claims. However, we may need to retain personal information for longer periods if it is relevant to an on-going claim or investigation.
